The Pink Lady was developed by our neighbours in Western Australia.
Crossed between the Golden Delicious and Lady Williams, this is one of the latest apples that we harvest.
Pink Lady has a dense, firm flesh, making it a crisp apple with a hint of acidity while remaining sweet and juicy. Pink lady is identified by its characteristic pink blush over a pale green background with a creamy white flesh that resists browning when cut.
